ACF membership is open to all private consulting firms that are active in Québec’s forestry sector.

The board of directors is composed of five members and meets approximately eight times a year.

Directors are appointed for a one-year term of office.

Positions are open to all members.

Board meetings are open to all members.

The ACF has no permanent employees.  Its operations are carried out by volunteers.
